MANGO GINGER TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

A delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie filled with mango, oats, ginger and turmeric. It makes the perfect quick breakfast!
- Total Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: 1 smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup mango cubes (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1/2-in piece of ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 3-4 ice cubes (if using fresh mango)
- Honey to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
- Enjoy right away.
